THE EXPERT

Dr. Steve & The Selfcare Society

After two decades in clinical practice, Dr. Steve — an expert in bariatric psychology — wanted to bring his work online. With no prior digital presence, he needed someone to help shape and structure his ideas into a brand, platform, and product suite that could support patients across the world.

WHAT I DID

PROFESSIONAL WEBSITE

Designed and built his first professional website to reflect his authority and niche.

I led the creation of a fully-branded website from the ground up — starting with platform selection, layout strategy, brand voice, and visual direction. The site was intentionally designed to highlight Dr. Steve’s clinical authority in bariatric psychology while remaining approachable and human-centered.
We used thoughtful UX principles to make the content accessible to both patients and professionals, integrating calls-to-action for lead capture, webinar signups, and upcoming membership access.

LEAD GENERATION FUNNEL

Developed and implemented a lead generation funnel using a free book chapter as the opt-in. To establish credibility and grow his email list, I crafted a high-converting lead magnet funnel centered around a free download of the first chapter of Dr. Steve’s upcoming book. This included designing a compelling opt-in landing page, creating a downloadable asset in Canva, and building a custom automation sequence using Systeme.io that welcomed new leads, introduced Dr. Steve’s mission, and nurtured trust through value-driven follow-ups.

WEBINAR FUNNEL

Created a webinar funnel complete with registration page, automated emails, and evergreen access. We developed a live workshop titled “The Psychology of Long-Term Success After Bariatric Surgery” to showcase Dr. Steve’s unique insight and teaching style. I wrote and designed the full registration page, set up the back-end delivery (including confirmation, reminders, and replay access), and automated the follow-up sequence to drive future enrollment and engagement. The funnel was designed to be evergreen, allowing Dr. Steve to repurpose the content and reach new leads continuously.

MEMBERSHIP MODEL AND CONTENT DELIVERY SYSTEM

Supported the development of a membership model and content delivery system for long-term patient education and engagement. With a goal of increasing long-term patient impact, I worked alongside Dr. Steve to map out the structure, content pillars, and delivery flow of a membership program rooted in self-care, post-op psychology, and community support. I provided strategic recommendations for course formats, content cadence, and delivery tools — ensuring that what we built could grow with his vision while remaining user-friendly and scalable.

THE BUSINESS COACH

The Magnetic Worthy Woman Challenge

Maggie Sitar, a passionate purpose amplifier and coach for Christian women, dreamed of launching a transformative 10-week experience: Magnetic — A Worthy Woman Challenge. Her mission was to lead women back to their God-given identity and calling through weekly teachings, challenges, and community.
She needed a digital infrastructure that could support her launch, convert authentically, and nurture participants through the journey. That’s where I came in.

WHAT I DID

WEBINAR FUNNEL

Instead of a traditional opt-in or sales page, I recommended a live webinar funnel approach to position Maggie’s launch with authenticity and value. I designed and built the registration page, confirmation sequence, and replay access while guiding Maggie through the content strategy of delivering a free, high-value workshop that naturally led into an invitation to join her challenge.

CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION

I didn’t just build a funnel — I refined the entire journey. From the webinar content to the follow-up emails, every element was designed to nurture connection and trust while moving leads closer to conversion. We positioned the challenge as a deeply aligned next step, not a hard sell — which led to higher quality enrollments and a values-aligned launch.

EMAIL SEGMENTATION

To support long-term results, I implemented a non-buyer email sequence for those who didn’t immediately enroll. This extended campaign offered value, gentle reminders, and personal encouragement that aligned with Maggie’s message of worth and invitation. It helped keep the door open for future launches while strengthening community trust.

CONTENT DELIVERY SYSTEM

For challenge participants, I structured and implemented a content delivery system that provided weekly encouragement, guided teachings, and engagement prompts. This included branded lesson templates, member check-in points, and email automations to ensure women felt supported from start to finish.

THE ONLINE EVENT

The Sacred Shift Summit

This 5-day online event — the Kingdom Over Culture Summit: Women Building God’s Way — was designed to serve Christian women in business who were tired of hustle culture and ready to build with intention, obedience, and faith. The summit brought together 21 speakers from diverse industries to equip women to grow their businesses with purpose, integrity, and biblical values.

As the summit founder, strategist, and implementer, I created the infrastructure from the ground up — managing everything from branding and content strategy to automation systems and speaker onboarding.

WHAT I DID

DEVELOPED THE FULL SUMMIT STRATEGY, MESSAGING, AND EVENT FRAMEWORK

I began by identifying the theme, core message, target audience, and desired transformation. I built a framework that positioned the event as both a spiritual and practical turning point for Christian women in business — focused on surrender, trust, and Kingdom-aligned growth. This included naming the event, writing taglines, defining session tracks, and mapping the event flow from opt-in to engagement.

BUILT A MULTI-FUNNEL EXPERIENCE TO SERVE DIVERSE ATTENDEE PATHS

The event required multiple funnel experiences — including a free registration funnel, a VIP upgrade offer, and an affiliate speaker promo funnel. Each path had a unique user flow, email sequence, and visual identity, while remaining aligned to the overall message. I also created upsell and nurture automations to support engagement and long-term list growth.

DESIGNED ALL VISUAL AND TECHNICAL ASSETS FOR THE EVENT

Using Canva and Systeme.io, I built branded registration pages, speaker graphics, session thumbnails, promo reels, and daily recap visuals. I also created automation workflows, tagging systems, and time-based email sequences to deliver sessions and support engagement. Every asset reflected the floral, feminine branding of the Sacred Holy Ground community.

ONBOARDED AND MANAGED 21 SPEAKERS AND COLLABORATORS

I designed and distributed branded speaker kits, created talking point templates, and provided onboarding guides to ensure consistency and ease. I also facilitated pre-recorded interview recordings, maintained a content release schedule in Trello, and supported speakers with copy, graphics, and affiliate tracking links.
